Greetings from the new blogspot I’m trying out.  It seems a little more user friendly…we’ll see.  What do you think?  Is it easier for you to navigate and participate in?  Do you like the new look?

For starters, I’m going to just pick up where I left off, posting the many wonderful quilts that were part of the Lowell Quilt Festival, beginning with those of the Guild that I belong to: The Boston Modern Quilt Guild, which were shown in a separate location at Appleton Mills on Jackson Street.  It was a great space to show in.

First, I’m going to show you my large bed size quilt that didn’t make it into the show…my own fault.  I was in no state of mind to be thinking clearly, waking and burying my brother Paul, so I neglected to include the sleeve to hang it from (that I had all made and ready to pin on) …so here it is all finished.
